🚚 Shipping & Acceptance Policy

 

📦 Order Processing

Once you place an order, we immediately route it to the appropriate fulfillment partner. Most partners process and ship orders within 1–3 business days, but some made-to-order or specialty items may require additional preparation or cook times.

We’ll send you an ✉️ email update with more accurate shipping details as soon as your order is confirmed with our partner.


🚀Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

  • 📮 Flat Rate Shipping
    Our most affordable and reliable option. Delivery times usually range from 3–8 business days.

  • ⚡ Expedited Shipping
    For faster delivery, we choose the partner’s quickest available method. Delivery usually arrives in 2–4 business days.

Note: Timelines begin after your order is processed.


🇺🇸Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
📦 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or internationally at this time.


💰Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by method.
Look out for 📢 free shipping promotions on select items or site-wide events!


🔍 Order Tracking & Updates

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and ✉️ email update (when available).
Some partners may not provide real-time tracking, but we’re always here to help — just message us at [email protected].


🕵️‍♂️ Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us within 7 days.

For packages that are lost or damaged in transit, send us a 📷 photo (if applicable) and contact us right away.
We’ll work with our partners and the carrier to make it right. 💪


🏠 Address Issues

Entered the wrong address?

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the info.


❌ Undeliverable Packages

If your package gets returned to us because of an invalid address:

  • We’ll send you an email 📩

  • You may need to pay a re-shipping fee

  • Inventory is not guaranteed at the time of reprocessing


✅ Acceptance of Products

Products are considered accepted upon delivery unless you notify us of a problem within 7 days.
Examples include:

  • 🚫 Missing items

  • 🔁 Incorrect products

  • 💔 Damaged or defective goods

No report = Full acceptance ✅


⏳Pre-Orders & Backorders

We may offer items for pre-order or backorder.
Estimated ship dates will be on the product page and your receipt. 🗓️
We’ll notify you if there are any delays beyond the original estimate.
